Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to love your jewelry!  If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase let us know and we will happily exchange or issue you a refund.  Returns must be received within 30 days unless otherwise arranged. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Sizing:

You may love the pendant but the length is just a little off from what you would like.  Feel free to contact us about adjusting length.  There may be a minimal charge depending on the extent of the adjustments. We won't charge extra if it's just an inch or two.
